RETIRING per Decision 047 (one source of truth for firm filing facts). EMPTY (0 rows) — a private second EDGAR ingestion, superseded by canonical metrics.db (DS-073). The back-test framework migrated off it 2026-06-04 (A4-28, InsModel PR #55 — now reads CanonicalActualsStore); EdgarHistoricalStore is deprecated. Full code removal + deregister after the last direct user (edgar_trend_analyzer) migrates to canonical (firm_facts_consolidation.md). Registered only to green the db-registry guard.
